Buildings have been all around the world and they have been the best source of shelter for mankind for a very long time. It is a very useful advancement for the tall buildings as they have a higher chance of falling due to an earthquake because of their tall structure. But making a building earthquake-proof makes it a lot more likely to be demolished by an earthquake.
